Today Tal finished laying the boards for our new deck!
Last weekend Tal ripped out our old deck:
This weekend Tal laid 45 new deck boards:
He spent 5 hours in the hot sun and 95-degree heat:
He was sweaty and exhausted when he finished:
Tomorrow Tal is going to nail off the boards:
Then, Tal is going to start building the hand rails for the part of the deck
that was damaged when our deck collapsed 6 months ago:
Hadley was my partner today, while Savannah was at Grandma Barbara's house:
Hadley spent most of the day crawling around the house:
