Last Saturday morning, Savannah and Hadley had a great time at the Easter Egg Hunt that was sponsored by our town and held at a local park. There were 15,000 eggs spread over 5 hunts for 5 different age groups.
Hadley's hunt started at 10:00 and was done by 10:01. :-) With some help from Savannah and Tal, Hadley picked up 8 eggs and put them in her basket.
Savannah's hunt started at 10:40, and all of the eggs were gone by 10:41. Savannah got 3 eggs.
We were excited to see the Easter Bunny at the hunt...

...but poor Hadley started crying when she saw him:
After lunch, Savannah helped me fill nearly 100 eggs with candy. When Savannah's friend Caleb came over to play later that afternoon, I hid the eggs throughout our house. Savannah and Caleb had a blast finding the Easter eggs and opening the candy!
