Backyard Retaining Wall: Part 2

Two weeks ago Tal started building a retaining wall in our backyard to correct some drainage and erosion issues:

Today Tal got another truckload of 48 concrete wall blocks from Home Depot: 

After four hours of hard work, this is how much Tal accomplished today:

In a couple weeks, Tal plans to add 24 more blocks to the retaining wall, so it's level with the play area:

Then, he will finish up the project by filling in the area with a couple truckloads of mulch:
